Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75+.
Regular shipping is $7.50 and takes 5-7 business days. USPS Priority Mail is $12 takes 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped using the US Postal Service unless there are some special circumstances. We ship products within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. Orders for the day will be cut off at 1pm CST.
If you have any special shipping needs, let us know and we will see if we can address them. International Shipping is available for an additional fee and is not included in any free shipping offers.
Shipping Schedule Policy
The shipment will occur the next business day. We do not ship on the weekends.
Shipment is only during the business hours and following weeks:
October 1st through April 30th, we ship Monday through Friday. Ice packs may be included for states like but not limited to Arizona, Florida, Texas, etc. Ice packs are not included October 1st through April 30th, so please add the optional ice pack upgrade to your shopping cart if you live/are shipping to a location that is above 72 degrees.
May 1st through September 30th, we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Notice: please allow orders to take up to 7 business days to ship during the summer and holidays.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping rates outside of the United States are based on weight and destination and are not included in any free shipping or standard rates. Our products are available to be shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Customers are responsible for customs charges. In order for your shipment to be processed, please make your purchase on our website, then email us so we can adjust your final invoice to ship.

Summer Shipping
Chocolate is no match for the sun! Shipping chocolate in the summer is no easy feat. As the temperatures climb well above 70 degrees (the point at which chocolate begins to melt), No Sugar Momma does our best to ensure that your treats arrive in the best condition possible.
In the summer months (May- September) we ship most online orders with an ice pack(s) and insulated liner. Even with cold packs, chocolate may melt if your package is left on a hot porch or mailbox for several hours. When possible, we highly recommend shipping to a business address rather than a residential address to help keep your package in a temperature controlled environment as long as possible.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee treats will arrive unmelted when the air temperature is above 70 degrees. We ship treats with ice packs and insulated liners. If the temperature is over 80, we recommend overnight delivery (Express Shipping). We do our very best to ensure that your treats will arrive to you without melting. We cannot be responsible for heat-damaged treats and do not offer refunds if this occurs.
Damaged Package Policy
If a package arrives damaged or destroyed, please send a photo of the damaged shipping box and product to our email. We will send you a new order at no charge or refund your money. If you have questions about products or ingredients, please contact us via email for additional information before ordering. We stand by all of our products. If you don't love it, we'll work with you to make it right.

Refund Policy
No Sugar Momma does our best to assure that your treats will arrive to you without heat damage in warmer conditions, however, the products do contain chocolate and higher temperatures may cause some melt to occur. We cannot be responsible for the weather temperature so if melt occurs we encourage you to place the products in the refrigerator until the chocolate becomes firm. If you simply do not like or enjoy our products, please email us so we can make it right. We will do our best to work with you on satisfactory resolution.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order and you have difficulties on our website, please contact us via email so we can adjust or cancel your order as soon as possible. We will make every effort to issue a refund on an order cancellation yet if it was already shipped please understand we cannot do so. If you do not reach out before 24 hours or before the order is shipped, it will NOT be possible to cancel your order and refund..
